Guide · Updated July 2026
The Las Vegas convention videographer your booth deserves.
Las Vegas hosts more than 20,000 conventions a year, and most exhibitors fly home with nothing but phone footage. The brands that win book a local crew: no travel fees, no venue surprises, and recap reels posted while the show floor is still buzzing. Here's how convention video works in 2026.
2026 convention rates
- $1,500 to $3,500 per day: Single-day coverage — booth, keynote, or activation with edited highlight video and social cuts.
- $4,500 to $12,000 multi-day: Full-show package. Daily social edits, booth video, keynote capture, executive interviews.
- Same-day social cuts: Recap reels delivered before the floor closes, ready to post while attendees are still scrolling the hashtag.
- Photo add-on: 30 to 100 edited stills captured by the same crew — team shots, booth traffic, product details.
Local crew advantage
Out-of-town crews add flights, hotels, and gear shipping to your invoice — often $2,000+ before a single frame is shot. We're based in Las Vegas, shoot the Convention Center, Venetian Expo, and Mandalay Bay regularly, and know every venue's media rules and load-in procedures before we arrive.
What we capture on the floor
- Booth videos. Product demos, attendee traffic, and reactions — the proof your booth was the one people talked about.
- Keynotes and panels. Multi-camera capture with clean audio from the board feed, cut into full sessions and shareable clips.
- Executive and customer interviews. A quiet corner, pro lighting, and soundbites your sales team will use all year.
- Daily recap reels. Vertical cuts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok posted the same day, when show hashtags peak.
- Sizzle for next year. The highlight film that convinces sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees to sign up for the next edition.
Booking checklist for exhibitors
- Book 3 to 6 weeks out. Crews sell out around CES, NAB, MAGIC, and SEMA. Earlier is cheaper and calmer.
- Confirm media badges early. Most shows require them for crews; we handle our own paperwork once you register us as your vendor.
- Decide deliverables before the show. Same-day reels need a plan, not an afterthought — shot list, brand kit, and posting schedule ready by day one.
- One crew, both formats. Vertical and horizontal from the same shoot, plus stills, so every channel gets fed from one budget.
