Las Vegas event photography, because the night only happens once.

Gala event photographed in Las Vegas by Picture Perfect Video

Every photograph on this page is our own client work.

Event photography is the one category with no second attempt. The award is handed over once. The room is only at capacity for about twenty minutes. The keynote does not do a second take because the light was wrong. Everything below is about the parts of an event shoot that are decided before anyone picks up a camera, because that is where event coverage is actually won or lost.

Galas, awards and formal programmes

The most structured kind of event, and the least forgiving. There is a run of show, there are people who must appear in the photos, and there are sponsors who paid for visibility.

Gundies Awards and Las Vegas gala coverage.

Proof, not promises

Events are a standing part of our work: the Gundies Awards, Project Gunway, community and neighbourhood programming, wellness activations, rooftop and pool events, and ongoing event calendars for hospitality clients in both Las Vegas and Dallas. Every image on this page came off one of those nights. See the event work →

Activations, parties and brand events

Looser, faster, and judged on energy rather than completeness. The deliverable here is usually social, which changes what to shoot and how fast it has to arrive.

Project Gunway, wellness activations, and rooftop programming.

Community and conference programming

Community and wellness programming coverage.
