Ranges are typical 2026 prices in US dollars. Your exact number depends on crew size, shoot hours, locations, number of deliverables and how fast you need them, and it is fixed in writing before we book.
What every project includes
- Two rounds of revisions on every deliverable, with a 48 hour revision turnaround.
- Creative direction and a shot list before the shoot day.
- Final exports sized for each platform you post on.
- FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot with commercial drone insurance when aerials are in scope.
- Full insurance, with a certificate of insurance (COI) on request for your venue.
- NDAs signed on request.
How booking works
- Free call. A 20 minute discovery call about what you need and when.
- Fixed quote within 48 hours. A written quote with the deliverables and dates spelled out.
- Deposit to hold the date. 30 to 50 percent books your shoot day, and the rest is due near delivery.
- Shoot day. Please book at least 2 days out. More lead time is better for venues, permits and drone airspace.
- Delivery. Social cuts in 24 to 48 hours, a first cut of longer films in 7 to 10 days, and final delivery after your revisions.
Rush schedules are available if you flag the deadline up front. We accept credit card, ACH, wire and cash.
Where we work
Las Vegas (home base): Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and the Strip. Dallas–Fort Worth: Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Las Colinas, Arlington, Addison, Richardson, McKinney, Allen, Southlake, Grapevine, Carrollton and Denton, with no travel fees anywhere in DFW. Los Angeles: regular trips. Travel outside these areas is quoted into the project.

Do you charge travel fees?
No travel fees inside Las Vegas or Dallas–Fort Worth. Travel and lodging for other cities is quoted into the project.
