Questions
Straight answers.
Do my travelers need to download an app?
No. It opens from a link in any phone browser. On iPhone or Android they can add it to the home screen so it looks and opens like an app.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Travelers tap Save offline once on Wi-Fi and the day plans, photos, hotels, lists and the route map keep working with no signal. Live weather, videos and turn-by-turn directions need a connection.
Is it private?
Each guide is locked with a trip password, the trip details are encrypted inside the page, and there are no accounts, ads or tracking. Checklists and notes stay on each traveler’s own phone.
Can it be changed after the group has the link?
Yes. When the plan changes we update the guide and everyone sees the new version the next time they open it, on the same link.
How long does it take?
It depends on the length of the trip and the extras. Tell us your departure date on the call and we will plan backwards from it.
What does it cost?
Each guide is priced per trip, based on the number of days, stops and extras like a welcome video. Book a 30 minute call and we will quote your trip.
