What happens after you book

Free 30 minute call. We talk on Google Meet about what you need, where it will be used and your dates. Messages sent with the form get a reply within one business day.
Fixed written quote within 48 hours. The deliverables, dates and revision rounds are spelled out.
Deposit to hold the date. 30 to 50 percent books your shoot day, and the balance is due near delivery.
Shoot day. Please book at least 2 days out. Venues, permits and drone airspace go smoother with more lead time, and rush schedules are available if you flag the deadline up front.
Delivery. Social cuts in 24 to 48 hours, a first cut of longer films in 7 to 10 days, and final delivery after your revisions. Two revision rounds are included, each turned around in 48 hours.

What to have ready for the call

Your date or date range, and the venue or location.
What the video is for and where it will live: your website, LinkedIn, paid social, a trade show screen.
The videos and photos you want at the end, even roughly.
Two or three reference videos you like, and why.
Who approves the final cut.
A budget range if you have one. Our published pricing is a good starting point.
