What a Las Vegas crew booking can include
You choose the level. Most bookings are one of these:
- Cinematographer or director of photography. Leads the look, lighting and camera team, and works to your director or brand guidelines.
- Camera operators. Single or multi camera coverage for events, interviews, keynotes and live experiences.
- Audio. Wireless lavaliers, boom and recorder handled by a dedicated sound person on anything with dialogue.
- Lighting and grip. Interview kits through larger setups for product, fashion and commercial work.
- Drone. An FAA Part 107 pilot who knows the Las Vegas airspace. Our drone videography guide explains what is and is not possible near the Strip.
- Photography. A photographer working alongside video so one crew delivers both.

Our Las Vegas work includes recurring content days for The Range 702 plus productions for UNLV, Project Gunway and The Gundies. The same crew handles hospitality programs for The Village Dallas, The Drey Hotel and Montage Beverly Hills, so out of town producers get a crew used to brand standards and tight client oversight.
Local knowledge out of town crews do not have
- Resort and casino filming rules. Every property has its own policies on filming guests, gaming areas and signage, and almost all require a certificate of insurance. We know who to call.
- Convention center logistics. Union labor rules, freight schedules, badge pickup and booth power at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the resort expo halls shape what a crew can do and when.
- Permits. Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County each handle their own film permits, and Red Rock Canyon is federal land. The address decides the paperwork.
- Airspace. Harry Reid International sits beside the Strip. Most drone work there needs authorization or is not possible at all.
- Heat. Summer exteriors belong at sunrise or after sunset. Gear and talent both fail at midday.

Send the brief, dates and deliverables. We confirm crew and gear, handle location paperwork and insurance, and give you one point of contact on the day. Footage can be handed off on your drives at wrap, uploaded the same night, or edited by our post team if you want finished deliverables. Can you work as a local crew for an out of town production?
Yes. A large part of our Las Vegas work is supporting agencies, brands and producers who travel in. We can supply a single camera operator or a full crew with lighting, audio, drone and photography.
Do you bring your own camera gear?
Yes. Crew bookings include professional cinema and hybrid camera packages, lenses, audio and lighting sized to the job. If your production has a specific camera requirement, tell us and we will match it.
Can you shoot at the Las Vegas Convention Center or a resort?
Yes. We regularly work inside Las Vegas resorts and convention venues and handle the insurance certificates, badge logistics and property rules those locations require.
Do you provide editing too?
Optional. Many productions take the footage and edit in house. Others have us deliver finished edits, social cuts and photos.
