It's simple. You send us a client. We shoot the project at our normal rates. When the client pays us, we cut you a check for your commission percentage. Listed = 10% per booking. Preferred = 15% per booking. Exclusive = custom (typically 15-20% plus a monthly retainer). Paid within 30 days of the client's final invoice. You get a quarterly statement listing every referral and what you earned.

Listed = you list us as a vendor option, we pay you 10% when clients book. That's it. Preferred = we feature each other publicly (joint social, free quarterly recap film for your venue, 15% commission). For Exclusive partners, we deliver the master file under your branding. No watermarks, no end card, no credit on our channels. Your clients never need to know we exist. We handle production behind the scenes.

Yes. Any client you send over before the agreement is in place still earns you the referral commission. The agreement just makes things official and unlocks co-marketing.

Videographers, photographers, and drone pilots: yes, you bring the primary kit. We carry backup gear on every shoot if something fails. Editors: yes, you need your own computer with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere licensed. Second shooters and assists: no gear required, we cover everything.

Industry-standard day and hourly rates, scaled to your experience, gear, and the project. We talk rate on the welcome call after we've reviewed your work, so the conversation is honest on both sides. Paid on the 1st of every month. No more chasing invoices.

It's your audition. One small unpaid test piece before your first real call sheet, so we can see how you actually work. Videographers and photographers: shadow an existing shoot for an hour or two, deliver a small set of clips/photos. Editors: we send 30 to 60 minutes of raw footage and ask for a 60-second cut. Drone pilots: a short demo flight. It takes a couple hours of your time and it's how we make sure you actually deliver before we put you in front of a $20k client.

We pay on the 1st of every month. ACH or check, your choice. You invoice us through our crew portal. We do not deduct fees or hold back percentages.

The client owns the deliverable. You keep usage rights for your reel, portfolio, and social media. We tag you in the final deliverable when posted on our channels.

Las Vegas is the home base. Dallas and Los Angeles are secondary markets. Occasional travel work for the right client. Travel and lodging quoted on top of day rate.
