Is there a fee or contract to become a partner?
No setup fee, no monthly retainer. The Listed Vendor tier is free with a simple one-page partner agreement that protects both sides. Preferred Partner and Exclusive Vendor tiers have lightweight performance terms but no annual commitment.
What is the referral commission actually structured like?
10 percent on Listed Vendor, 15 percent on Preferred Partner, custom on Exclusive. Paid within 30 days of the client's final invoice. Quarterly statements with every booking your venue or business referred.
How do you handle white-label projects for hotels?
For Exclusive Vendor partners, we deliver the master file under your branding. No watermarks, no end card, no credit. The relationship stays between you and your client. We handle production behind the scenes.
Can we send you clients before signing a partner agreement?
Yes. Any client you send over before the agreement is in place still earns you the referral commission. The agreement just makes things official and unlocks co-marketing.
Do you carry insurance and FAA Part 107 certification?
Yes, both. $2M general liability and $1M drone-specific commercial coverage. FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification. COI delivered in 24 hours for any venue that requires it.
What happens to the showcase film if we do not continue the partnership?
You keep it. The film is yours forever, fully licensed for your own marketing. We never charge back or revoke usage if the partnership ends.
