Guide · Updated July 2026

# Las Vegas photographer and videographer, captured together.

Most brands book a photographer, then realize they need video. Or book a videographer, then scramble for stills. In Las Vegas, where your event happens once and the content has to live for months, the smart move is one crew that captures both. Here's what that costs in 2026 and how to book it right.

## Las Vegas rates in 2026

  * Photography only: 30 to 100 edited, retouched images. Priced per day.
  * Video only: event or brand coverage with edited highlight film and social cuts. Priced per day.
  * Combined photo + video: one crew, typically far less than booking separately. Priced per day.
  * Content retainer: recurring shoot days delivering both stills and video on a calendar. Priced per month.

Why together beats separate

When stills and video come from the same crew, they share one shot list, one lighting plan, and one color grade. Your Instagram carousel matches your highlight film, which matches your paid ads. Two separate vendors almost never achieve that, and you pay more for the mismatch.

## What one day should deliver

  * Highlight film (60 to 90 seconds) for site, YouTube, and recap emails.
  * Vertical reels, 2 to 4 cuts sized for Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts.
  * 30 to 100 edited stills, hero shots, candids, details, and sponsor coverage.
  * Same-day selects for events that need to post while the room is still buzzing.
  * Named, organized files delivered to your drive, you own everything.

## Questions that separate pros from hobbyists

  * "Can I see stills and video from the same event?" Consistency across both is the whole point.
  * "What's included, in writing?" Image counts, video lengths, revision rounds, and delivery dates belong in the quote.
  * "Do you know this venue?" Strip properties have security, union, and permit rules that surprise out-of-town crews. We shoot them weekly.
  * "What happens if a card fails?" Dual-slot recording and on-set backup should be the default answer.
  * "How fast are revisions?" Ours: two rounds included, 48-hour turnaround.

## Where we shoot
