## 2026 convention rates

  * Single-day coverage: Booth, keynote, or activation with edited highlight video and social cuts. Priced per project.
  * Multi-day full-show package: Daily social edits, booth video, keynote capture, executive interviews. Scales with crew size and deliverables.
  * Same-day social cuts: Recap reels delivered before the floor closes, ready to post while attendees are still scrolling the hashtag.
  * Photo add-on: 30 to 100 edited stills captured by the same crew, team shots, booth traffic, product details.

## Booking checklist for exhibitors
